PlainOdds is free, with no accounts and no banner ads. It's paid for by a small number of clearly labeled partner links.
How it works
- Some calculator pages show one partner link, below the result and below "Show the math." It only appears after you run a calculation.
- It's labeled "Partner," and the disclosure sits right next to the link.
- If you sign up for a paid product through that link, PlainOdds may earn a commission. You pay the same price.
What partners never change
- The math. Every calculation runs in your browser with the same formulas whether a partner link appears or not, and the formulas are shown under every result.
- The verdicts. No partner writes, reviews, or pays for the plain-English result text.
- The layout. Nothing goes above the calculator: no banners, no pop-ups, nothing auto-playing. That promise is permanent.
Who we partner with
Only paid tools that help you find a better price, such as odds scanners and arbitrage finders. Each one appears on the calculator where it does the same job automatically, and each partner is named on the page where it appears.
We don't partner with sportsbooks or betting apps, and we don't promote sign-up bonuses, deposit offers, or promo codes. We never take revenue-share deals, the kind that pay a site out of its visitors' losses.
We don't sell picks, and we don't take payment to recommend a bet.
What gets tracked
We count partner clicks in Google Analytics (which calculator, which partner) to see what's useful. PlainOdds doesn't send anything about you to a partner. Once you click through, the partner's own site records the referral so it can credit it, under that site's privacy policy. More on analytics on the About page.
A tool is not a guarantee
